Are you seeking focussed guidance for your yoga practice? In a 1-to-1 or small group situation, yoga instruction is entirely tailored to you, and how you are on the day. The aim is to build confidence and motivation so that you can establish a self-practice. Some choose to sign up long term, others for a shorter period while tending to an injury, for example. For sure, you will shift towards greater self-awareness and self-assurance on and off the yoga mat. When you go to a movement class – or when you face a life event – you will know have an amazing tool belt for looking after your body and energy levels.
My private classes are characterised by constant assists with your alignment, which are informed by my training in Thai Yoga Massage. Each new student will be interviewed about their personal history and motivation for seeking private yoga.
